Guests:
- Rsvp confirmation must be confirmed one week prior to your event
- Extra guests will incur charges per head
- No shows will still be charged at confirmed number
Staff:
- Charges starts at bump in time and end at bump out
- Delays will incur overtime charges pro rata
Menu:
- Menu must be confirmed two weeks prior to event no changes are allowed thereafter
- Allergies and dietary requirements must confirmed 2 weeks prior to event
- Menu provided according to confirmed guests
- Rajas Catering hold no responsibility for food shortages due to extra guests not confirmed
Hiring:
- Decor, equipment & staff must be locked in two weeks before event
- Bond required for all diy hire items
- All contracted items to be paid in full with deposit
Meetings:
- Catering only no meeting required
- One meetings for standard function bookings
- Charges will apply for any extra meetings
- Four meetings for weddings*

Offsite venue:
- We are not responsible for delays in timetable occurred by late keys or access of venue
- We are not responsible for any malfunctions of kitchen or venue
Cancellation of event:
- Two weeks before event for full refund or deposit forfeited
- Any items specially purchased or hired, outsourced will be deducted off the deposit
- Hire items confirmed requires one month notice or payment forfeited
RSA:
- Our wait staff don’t handle alcohol
Unless organised prior to event
- RSA licensed Staff charges apply

All contracts must be signed before event is confirmed
