Rajas catering Event terms

Payment –
  1. Initial deposit 50% to lock in date 
  2. Payment in full deposited in account 3 days before event 
Guests –
  1. Rsvp one week prior to event 
  2. Extra guests incur charges per head
  3. No shows will still be charged at confirmed number 
  4. Minimum  catering starts from 50 guests 
  5. We charge per person 
 
Staff –
  1. Starts charges starts at bump in time and bump out 
  2. Overtime charges apply pro rata 
Menu –
  1. Menu locked in two weeks before event 
  2. no changes will be accepted thereafter 
  3. Allergies and dietary requirements confirmed prior to event two weeks before 
  4. Menu provided according to confirmed guests 
  5. We hold no responsibility for food shortages due to extra guests not confirmed with us 
 
Hiring –
  1. Decor-equipment  -staff 
  2. locked in two weeks before event 
  3. Bond required for all diy hire items
  4. All contracted items to be paid in full with deposit 
Meetings –
  1. Catering only no meeting required 
  2. Two meeting for standard function bookings venue and showroom 
  3. extra meeting Charges apply 
  4. 4 meetings wedding *
  5. conditions apply 
 
Offsite venue 
  1. We are not responsible  for delays in timetable occurred by late keys or opening of venue 
  2. We are not responsible for any malfunctions of event kitchens of venue 
 
Cancellation of event 
  1. One month  before event for full refund 
  2. Any items  specially purchased for the event will be Deducted off deposit 
 
If your event is cancelled 48 hours prior to your event, you will be charged for the food components. As preparation and purchases for your event/booking has already commenced
